Our main hosting provider Heroku had issues with their SSL endpoints between 02:15 - 04:20. A log of the incident can be found on Herokus status page: https://status.heroku.com/incidents/1762
This incident triggered further issues on some of our hosted newsrooms which were not fully functioning until 07:50.
